Our Website is intended for individuals aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from individuals younger than age 16. Should we learn that we have inadvertently collected Personal Information from someone younger than 16, we will take steps to promptly delete it.

We may also share aggregated demographic information that is not linked or linkable to Personal Information with OneGoal funders and secondary school partners.
Our Website contains links to third party websites, including video players and social networking websites. The fact that we link to a website is not an endorsement or representation of an affiliation with that website. We do not control third party websites or their privacy practices. These other websites may place their own cookies or other files on your computer, collect data or solicit personal information from you. These sites have their own privacy policies that govern their collection, use, and disclosure of personal information you may provide to them, and we encourage you to read them.

We delete the Personal Information you provide through use of Guidebot and Messaging after 6 months of inactivity. Otherwise, we retain your Personal Information for as long as is permissible under applicable law, including as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, comply with applicable industry standards, and protect the security of our Website.
If you have opted in to receive SMS text messages, you may opt out at any time by texting “STOP” in response to a message or by sending a request to opt out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
